Rules of Order. The most recently published version of Xxxxxx’s Rules of Order shall be the parliamentary authority of the Board and shall govern proceedings of the Board and its Committees. Bylaws adopted by the Board that conflict with Xxxxxx’s Rules of Order shall supersede any conflicting rules.
