Common use of Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures. The Employer reserves the right to establish reasonable rules, regulations, policies and procedures not inconsistent with the provision of this Agreement. Such rules, regulations, policies and procedures shall be available for inspection and review by employees if such rules, regulations, procedures and policies concern working conditions. If the Union believes that any rule, regulation, policy and/or procedure is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, a grievance may be filed within five (5) business days after the establishment or application of such rule, etc., and thereafter considered in accordance with the grievance procedure.
