Runs with Land. This Agreement burdens and runs with, and binds the successors in title to, the Employee Unit.
Runs with Land. The rights and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement are intended to be covenants on the Premises and are to run with the land.
Runs with Land. All covenants, conditions, --------- restrictions and agreements contained herein are made for the direct, mutual and reciprocal benefit of each and every part and parcel of the property now or hereafter made subject to this Declaration, shall create reciprocal rights and obligations between the respective Owners of all parcels and privily of contract and estate between all grantees of said parcels, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall, as to the Owner of each parcel, his heirs, successors and assigns, operate as covenants running with the land for the benefit of all other parcels. Runs with Land. The Overriding Royalty Interests are not mere contract rights to receive money, but each Overriding Royalty Interest is an interest in real property in the Subject Interests, and shall burden and run with any transfer of the Subject Interests. Each Overriding Royalty Interest is a covenant running with the land.
Runs with Land. It is mutually agreed that all the covenants and agreements contained herein shall run with the Property and shall extend to and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the respective parties. Petitioner consents to this Agreement being recorded against the Property in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Xxxxxxx County, Colorado.
Runs with Land. The covenants, Restrictions, and reservations of this Declaration shall run with and bind the Subject Property and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Declarant and its successors and assigns for a term of sixty (60) years from the date this Declaration is Recorded, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of Section 10.3 above. As used in the preceding sentence, the term "successors and assigns" shall mean and refer to both (a) Declarant's successors and assigns as provided in Section 8.1, and (b) Declarant's successors and assigns as to all or substantially all of Declarant's assets or by merger, consolidation, or other corporate reorganization.
Runs with Land. The covenants, agreements, and all statements in this Agreement and in the incorporated and attached Waiver shall run with the land and shall be binding on the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the respective parties.
Runs with Land. The rights and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement are intended to be covenants on the Town Property and the Benefitted Property and are to run with the land. This Agreement shall be recorded in the offices of the Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, and shall serve as notice to and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns.
Runs with Land. The terms and conditions of this Consent Judgment shall be appurtenant to the identified property which is the subject matter of the pending litigation, described on Exhibit A. These terms and conditions shall run with the Property as if they were covenants running with the land. The terms and conditions of this Consent Judgment shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
Runs with Land. This Agreement (including the rent charge, indemnity and release contained in this Agreement) burdens and runs with, and binds the successors in title to, the Land and every parcel (including strata lots) into which it is subdivided, including each and every Employee Unit.
