Safe Operation. The Lessee shall take all steps necessary so as to ensure that the Ship should be navigated and operated in a proper, safe and xxxxxx-like manner and in the manner prescribed by any legislation, including Environmental Laws, in force in the state of registration for the time being of the Ship and all other applicable jurisdictions.
Safe Operation. All equipment and machinery, which are subject to this Agreement shall at all times be maintained, operated by Trucker in a safe manner, and will be kept in such condition at all times to meet all safety rules and regulations and all other maintenance and operational rules and regulations.
Safe Operation. Boat Club Member acknowledges he has been instructed in the proper and safe operation of the boat club vessels by SBC. Boat Club Member acknowledges responsibility for the safe and proper behavior of all occupants, and for the safety and welfare of other boaters and persons. Boat Club Member acknowledges that SBC provides the boat club vessels and equipment only and does not provide consulting, advice, expertise, or opinions as to the proper control and operation of the boat club vessels or compliance with the applicable laws or regulations.
Safe Operation. Each Party is responsible for the safe operation of its Network, and must, so far as is reasonably practicable, take all necessary steps to ensure that its Network, its Network operations and the supply of the Service:
(a) does not endanger the safety or health of any person, including the People of the other Party; and
(b) does not cause physical or technical harm to the other Party’s Network, including but not limited to causing damage, interfering with or causing deterioration in the operation of the other Party’s Network.
Safe Operation. VAR ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND HEREBY AGREES TO USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS IN, DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING VAR’S VALUE-ADDED UTILITY SOLUTION USING THE NES SYSTEM TO PROVIDE FOR SAFE OPERATION THEREOF, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPLIANCE OR QUALIFICATION WITH RESPECT TO ALL SAFETY LAWS, REGULATIONS AND AGENCY APPROVALS, AS APPLICABLE.
Safe Operation. You are responsible for the operation of your vehicle in a safe and legal manner. Company is not responsible for any parking, or moving violations received any anytime. Trellus is not responsible for any property or personal damage a driver may inflict while operating his/her vehicle. If at anytime your DMV record is updated or changed to include any moving violation or criminal occurrence after your initial application you must inform Company within 24 hours of the offense.
Safe Operation a) Employer vehicles shall be operated in a safe manner and maintained in a safe condition at all times. Employees operating a vehicle owned or leased by the Employer shall do so in accordance with the applicable federal and provincial laws governing transportation.
b) It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that all passengers are wearing seatbelts and all wheelchairs are properly restrained.
c) The driver shall ensure that the vehicle carries roadside emergency equipment.
Safe Operation. Business shall only allow trained employees to operate the CRB and, at all times, shall operate the CRB only for purposes the equipment is intended, in a safe manner, and consistent with the written operational instructions provided to Business by City. Business is responsible for training its employees for the safe operation of the CRB. Business will only use cardboard materials from its commercial property in the CRB. If Business has any reason to believe that the CRB is not functioning properly, then it shall immediately notify the City and cease use of the CRB until the issue may be resolved. The Parties agree that City is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to person that is a result of the operation of the CRB in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement or the continued operation of the CRB when Business knows, or reasonably should have known, that it was not functioning properly.
Safe Operation. CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSILITY FOR, AND XXXXXX AGREES TO USE CUSTOMER'S BEST EFFORTS IN, DESIGNING, MANUFACTURING, COMMISSIONING AND MONITORING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS THAT INCORPORATE THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREUNDER TO PROVIDE FOR SAFE OPERATION THEREOF, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPLIANCE OR QUALIFICATION WITH RESPECT TO ALL SAFETY LAWS, REGULATIONS AND AGENCY APPROVALS, AS APPLICABLE. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE HARDWARE AND LICENSED SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SMART TRANSCEIVERS, NEURON® CHIPS, THE LONTALK® PROTOCOL, NEURON CHIP FIRMWARE, CUSTOMER DEVICES, CUSTOMER DEVICE PLUG-INS AND LONWORKS NETWORK INTERFACES ARE NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED FOR USE AS COMPONENTS IN EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR SURGICAL IMPLANT INTO THE BODY, OR OTHER APPLICATIONS INTENDED TO SUPPORT OR SUSTAIN LIFE, FOR USE IN FLIGHT CONTROL OR ENGINE CONTROL EQUIPMENT WITHIN AN AIRCRAFT, OR FOR ANY OTHER APPLICATION IN WHICH THE FAILURE THEREOF COULD CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH MAY OCCUR, AND CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE NO RIGHTS HEREUNDER FOR ANY SUCH APPLICATIONS.
Safe Operation. Contractor shall operate his vehicle and any cooking equipment therein in a safe fashion at all times. Contractor shall take all steps necessary to ensure sanitation of his equipment, neat appearance of his vehicle and equipment, and the safety of food offered by Contractor at the Event. Contractor shall not leave the vehicle unattended. When the vehicle is in motion Contractor shall be mindful of the possibility of heavy foot and vehicular traffic at the Event. Contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to all health and safety rules related to food preparation and service, including state, DHEC or local requirements; business licensure; and safe operation of Contractor’s vehicle.
