Safeguard of Password, PIN and Account Number. For the protection of the integrity of the Client’s Account, the Client will create a password and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access the Client’s Account. The Client acknowledges, represents and warrants that the Client is the sole and exclusive owner(s) and authorized user(s) of such password and PIN. The Client accepts the full responsibility for monitoring and safeguarding the integrity and security of the Client’s password, PIN and Account number. The Client will immediately notify GTJAF in writing, if the Client becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of the Client’s password, PIN and/or Account number. In the absence of such notification, GTJAF is not liable for any consequential damage in connection therewith.

The Client acknowledges, represents and warrants that the Client is the sole and exclusive owner and authorised user of such password and PIN. The Client accepts full responsibility for monitoring and safeguarding the integrity and security of the Client's password, PIN and the Account Number. The Client shall immediately notify GTJAFX in writing if the Client becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorised use of the Client's password, PIN or the Account. GTJAFX shall not be liable for any loss or damage (consequential or otherwise) in connection with such loss, theft or unauthorised use whatsoever.

If you never tell us, you could lose all of the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Safeguards for Personal Information Supplier agrees to develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, as deemed appropriate by DXC, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of, and to prevent intentional or unintentional non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of, and to protect against unauthorized access to or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of, the Personal Information Processed, created for or received from or on behalf of DXC in connection with the Services, functions or transactions to be provided under or contemplated by this Agreement. Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.
