Safeguarding Personal Identifiable Information. Subrecipient and its contractors and subawardees will take reasonable measures to safeguard protected personally identifiable information and other information designated as sensitive by the awarding agency or is considered sensitive consistent with applicable Federal, state and/or local laws regarding privacy and obligations of confidentiality.
