Common use of Safety and Health Equipment Clause in Contracts

Safety and Health Equipment. Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require, as determined by the District, the use of any equipment or gear to ensure the safety or health of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.
