Safety of Students. A teacher shall make every reasonable effort to protect students from conditions harmful to learning, health or safety. For such purposes a teacher shall promptly notify the Administrator or the immediate supervisor in writing of any defective conditions in the physical facilities of the District which may reasonably cause injury to persons or property, receipt of which notice shall be acknowledged by the Administrator and/or supervisor within a reasonable time.
