Safety Rules Generally. Nurses shall comply with all Countywide and 8 departmental safety rules that are in force and effect on the date of the signing of this 9 agreement, or may thereafter become effective during the term of this agreement. 10 Nurses shall report all unsafe acts or conditions to his/her supervisor when such acts 11 or conditions occur. 13 No nurse shall be expected to operate any equipment or to perform any work 14 assignment that would cause his/her imminent danger, and would reasonably be 15 considered to be unsafe by a normally prudent person. The County shall inform all 16 members of the bargaining unit of all of the safety rules and procedures that applies 17 to their positions. 18
