Salary Due at Termination. In the event of any termination of Executive's employment, in addition to the payment provided for in paragraph 4.3, Executive (or her estate) shall be paid any unpaid portion of her salary that has accrued by virtue of her employment during the period prior to termination, and bonuses for any fiscal year completed prior to such termination for which the bonus has been earned and not yet been paid, together with any unpaid business expenses properly incurred prior to termination. Such amounts shall be paid within 15 days of the date of termination, unless otherwise provided herein.
