Salary Grade Negotiations. The Association will notify the University within twenty (20) working days if the Association disagrees with the salary grade assigned by the University for any newly created or changed classifications. The parties will then meet for no more than thirty (30) working days unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, to negotiate the salary grade for such newly created or changed classification.
