Salary Grid Placement Committee. a. The salary grid Placement Committee shall be a joint committee of representatives from the N.D.T.A. and the Board. It shall be made up of two members chosen by the Association and two members chosen by the Board. b. In the event that an employee wishes to appeal his/her placement on the salary scale for category and/or experience, the employee may apply for adjustment in writing to the salary grid Placement Committee which shall make the appropriate placement decision. In the event that the matter is not satisfactorily resolved and the employee wishes to appeal further, the grievance procedure, as outlined in Article A.6 (Grievance Procedure), shall apply. c. When an Association member has or acquires teaching or related experience not covered in this Article, he/she may apply to the salary grid Placement Committee for evaluation for salary placement.
