Common use of Salary Review Clause in Contracts

Salary Review. The Salary payable to Executive for each Fiscal ------------- Year commencing after December 1, 1996 shall be subject to annual review by the Board. The Salary level in effect for Executive for each Fiscal Year during the Employment Period shall not be less than the greater of (i) Four Hundred ------- Thousand Dollars ($400,000) or (ii) the Salary level most recently determined by the Board pursuant to this Section 2.2.2. Executive understands that the requirement of annual review by the Board shall not be construed in any manner as an express or implied agreement by CPC to raise his Salary.
