Common use of Salary Treatment Clause in Contracts

Salary Treatment. a) Changes in job groupings will be treated as follows: 1. upgroupings - Article 18.07 (a) 2. downgroupings - Article 18.06 (e). b) Those employees who were downgrouped prior to May 1, 1989 and were red circled, shall receive blue circle salary treatment.
