Sales and Inventory Records. Nipro agrees to maintain a sales and --------------------------- inventory record showing, at a minimum, date sold, quantity, serial number or lot number, shipment information, and the buyers' names and addresses of each of the FreeStyle Products sold, as well as the quarter-end inventory position on hand for each of the FreeStyle Products. Such records shall be kept at Nipro's principal place of business for at least three (3) years following the end of the calendar quarter to which they pertain. This information shall be made available to TheraSense at TheraSense's request solely to satisfy ISO certification, regulatory, and/or administrative requirements.
