We hereby certify that Buyer is a manufacturer doing business in the State of Michigan, and that the goods, services, or rentals specified on the face of this order are intended for use in industrial processing. Furthermore, should any goods, service, or rentals purchased under this certificate become taxable through a change in their intended use, or should a state tax audit reveal that this certificate was erroneously applied, Xxxxx agrees to pay to the seller or directly to the State any taxes found owing.
