SALES PRICE. The parties agree to the following sales price: DOLLARS ($ ). The Purchase Price shall be payable as follows: a. Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) xxxxxxx money (the “Xxxxxxx Money”) to be deposited with and held in trust by St. Croix Title, LLC. The Xxxxxxx Money shall be credited to the Purchase Price paid at Closing, or distributed by St. Croix Title in accordance with this Agreement, in the event of termination of this Agreement; and b.
