Sample Notification to Individuals. If notification to individuals is required, and regardless of whether Agency is considered only a custodian and/or non-owner of the City Data, Agency shall, at its sole expense, and at the sole election of City, either: i. electronically submit a single sample copy of the security breach notification as required to the state or federal entity and inform the City of the time, manner and content of any such submissions, prior to the transmission of such submissions to the Attorney General; or ii. cooperate with and assist City in its submission of a sample copy of the notification to the Attorney General.
