Common use of Sanctioned Country Clause in Contracts

Sanctioned Country. At any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (including, without limitation, as of the Closing Date, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic or Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).

Sanctioned Country. At any time, a country or territory which that is itself the subject or target of any comprehensive, country or territory wide Sanctions (including, without limitationbut not limited to, as of at the Closing Date, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic or Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukrainedate this agreement, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, the Ukrainian territory of Crimea).
