Common use of Sanctioned Country Clause in Contracts

Sanctioned Country. At any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (including, as of the Closing Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea).

At any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (including, without limitation, as of the Closing Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudanthe Crimea, Syria Zaporizhzhia and CrimeaKherson Regions of Ukraine, and the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic or Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine).

Sanctioned Country. At any time, a country or territory which that is itself the subject or target of any comprehensive, country or territory wide Sanctions (including, but not limited to, as of at the Closing Datedate this agreement, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and South Sudan, Syria, the Ukrainian territory of Crimea).
