Sanctioned Plans. With the intention of developing and commercially exploiting the "said Plot of Land" by constructing the Said Complex thereon and transferring various flats/spaces/units/shops and parking spaces (collectively Parking Spaces) therein (such construction and transfer collectively Project), the Promoter has got a building plan bearing No. _ _ _ __ dated duly sanctioned by the Serampore Municipality for construction of the Said Complex (Sanctioned Plan),which shall include all further sanctions vertical extensions, modifications, integrations, revalidations and revisions made thereto, if any, from time to time by Serampore Municipality and other concerned authorities.
Sanctioned Plans. In furtherance of the above, a building plan was caused to be sanctioned by the RBGP for construction of the Said Cluster (Sanctioned Plans, which includes all further sanctioned vertical extensions, modifications and integrations made thereto from time to time by RBGP and other authorities).
Sanctioned Plans. The Developer has got a building plan sanctioned in the name of the Owners by the BGP for construction of the Said Cluster (Sanctioned Plans, which includes all sanctioned/permissible vertical/horizontal extensions and modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time).
Sanctioned Plans. Pursuant to the Development Agreements, for construction of the Said Complex, the Developer has got the approval of building plans by the Executive Officer, North 24 Parganas, Zilla Parishad, vide memo nos. 794/(N)ZP and 795/(N)ZP both dated 24/07/2018 and said building plan Sanctioned and Approved by the Executive Officer, Rajarhat Panchayat Samiti, vide memo nos. 892/RPS and 893/RPS dated 14th August, 2018 for construction of the Said Complex (Sanctioned Plans, which includes all sanctioned/permissible vertical/horizontal extensions and modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time).
Sanctioned Plans. Sanctioned Plans. In terms of the Development Agreement, the Developer on behalf of the Owners, had got a building plan bearing number PW-243 dated 30.03.2015 sanctioned by the Kamarhati Municipality and obtained the permissions related thereto from the concerned statutory authorities for construction of the Said Complex (Sanctioned Plans which includes all further sanctioned vertical extensions, modifications, integrations, revalidations and revisions to be made thereto, if any, from time to time).
Sanctioned Plans. A Building Plan had been sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) vide Building Permit No. 2014130224 dated 03.09.2014 (Sanctioned Plans), which includes all sanctionable/permissible modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time in respect of the entirety of the said Municipal Premises Xx. 000X, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Road, Kolkata- 700008, Police Station Haridevpur.
Sanctioned Plans. In pursuance of the intention mentioned in Clause 6.1.1 (b) above, the Sanctioned Plans have been sanctioned by KMC and other concerned authorities (collectively Sanctioning Authority). In case of additional Phases of the Project, further building plans shall be got sanctioned for further lands to be comprised in the Said Complex.
Sanctioned Plans. The Developer, with the approval of the Owners, has prepared and got a building plan sanctioned by the KMC vide Building Permit No. 2011070208 dated 12th December, 2011 for construction of the Said Complex (Sanctioned Plans, which includes all sanctioned/permissible vertical extensions and modifications made thereto, if any, from time to time) in the name of the Owners for constructing the Said Complex named as “Ideal Unique Centre”, thereon and sale of various Units/spaces therein (collectively Units).
Sanctioned Plans. Pursuant to the Development Agreement, for construction of the Said Building, the Developer has got a building plan sanctioned by Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality, being Approval No. 265/CB/26/25 dated 9th February, 2017 (Sanctioned Plans, which includes all sanctioned/permissible vertical/horizontal extensions and modifications made thereto, from time to time by Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality and other Authorities).
