Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of a contractor’s noncompliance with the Non- discrimination provisions of this contract, the sponsor will impose such contract sanctions as it or the Federal Aviation Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
a. Withholding payments to the contractor under the contract until the contractor complies; and/or
b. Cancelling, terminating, or suspending a contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the Engineer's noncompliance with the Nondiscrimination provisions of this contract, the State will impose such contract sanctions as it or the FHWA may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
(1) withholding of payments to the Engineer under the contract until the Engineer complies and/or
(2) cancelling, terminating, or suspending of the contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of a contractor's noncompliance with the Non- discrimination provisions of this contract, the Recipient will impose such contract sanctions as it or the (Title of Modal Operating Administration) may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
a. withholding payments to the contractor under the contract until the contractor complies; and/or
b. cancelling, terminating, or suspending a contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the Engineer's noncompliance with the nondiscrimination provisions of this contract, the City of Arlington shall impose such contract sanctions as it or the Texas Department of Transportation may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
(a) withholding of payments to the Engineer under the contract until the Engineer complies, and/or
(b) cancellation, termination or suspension of the contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the Engineer's noncompliance with the nondiscrimination provisions of this contract, the Recipient shall impose such contract sanctions as it or the Texas Department of Transportation may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
1. withholding of payments to the Engineer under the contract until the Engineer complies, and/or;
2. cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. (09/17) In the event of Contractor's noncompliance with the nondiscrimination provisions of this Contract, the City shall impose such contract sanctions as it or any state or federal agency may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to withholding of payments to Contractor under this Contract until Contractor complies, and/or cancellation, termination, or suspension of this Contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of a Consultant’s noncompliance with the Non‐ discrimination provisions of this contract, the Recipient will impose such contract sanctions as it or the FHWA may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
a. withholding payments to the Consultant under the contract until the Consultant complies; and/or
b. cancelling, terminating, or suspending a contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the CONSULTANT’S noncompliance with the nondiscrimination provisions of this contract, the LPA shall impose such contract sanctions as it or INDOT may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
(a) withholding of payments to the CONSULTANT under the Contract until the CONSULTANT complies, and/or
(b) cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contract, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the Local Government's noncompliance with the Nondiscrimination provisions of this Agreement, the State will impose such contract sanctions as it or the FHWA may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
1. withholding of payments to the Local Government under the Agreement until the Local Government complies and/or
2. cancelling, terminating, or suspending of the Agreement, in whole or in part.
Sanctions for Noncompliance. In the event of the contractor’s noncompliance with the nondiscrimination provisions of this contract, the Department of Transportation shall impose such contract sanctions as it or the Federal Highway Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to,
(1) withholding of payments to the contractor under the contract until the contractor complies, and/or
(2) cancellation, termination or suspension of the contract, in whole or in part.
