In no event shall such refund exceed an amount equal the total amount paid by Company pursuant to this Agreement multiplied by calendar days of the agreement remaining divided by the calendar days from the Agreement's execution date.

(4) Timely provision of required materials. SP and the Client must work together to complete the Web site in a timely manner. Much of this depends on receiving the appropriate images and text from the Client.
(5) Follow up if you do not hear from us by our estimated completion date.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Galactic Hosting during the first 30 days of service, you may request, in writing or, via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling your service (as we request for any cancellation, no matter the time frame). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel. Refunds are not given even if an annual payment has been made, if you abuse your unlimited plan by engaging in one of the restricted activities mentioned in these terms and conditions. All new web hosting accounts purchased on our order page are set up within 2 hours by our account administrators. You will receive two (2) emails including login details after your purchase. Due to unforeseen complications with various mail servers and any connection problems between your ISP and Galactic Hosting, this process may sometimes be delayed.

If the quality of the product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us in undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it, refund your money or issue a credit on your account. We guarantee that every manufactured product in our catalog to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the purchase date when installed and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace any item that may be defective and return to you by freight prepaid. Products that show normal wear and tear will not be considered defective and will not be replaced. At its sole option Artistic Coverings shall send replacement parts, repair or furnish replacement products for any products determined by Artistic Coverings to be defective provided it is returned to the factory (after authorization), transportation prepaid. This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Artistic Coverings and does not extend to transportation, installation, or replacement charges incurred by the customer. Artistic Coverings shall have the right to inspect any products prior to performance under this warranty.
Satisfaction Guaranteed. Makeup and/or hair will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup and/or hair time. Ample time is given for each makeup and/or hair upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup and/or hair application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup and/or hair is done to his/her satisfaction. Location of the service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by the makeup artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for the services to be performed properly. A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary. Please let Xxxxx Xxxx know if a chair cannot be provided. Xxxxx Xxxx Makeup Artist will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. Remember to where a button down shirt so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed. Xxxxx Xxxx is a mobile makeup artist so she comes to your location for the service. There is no travel fee for locations within Orange NSW. An additional travel fee is required for other locations of service. These fees will be determined at the time of inquiry. All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation and parking All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Xxxxx Xxxx Makeup Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation within 8 weeks of wedding date is subject to lose of deposit and 50% of remaining payment MUST be paid. For other bookings, cancellations within 48 hours of appointment, 100% of remaining payment MUST be paid.
