If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled and a late fee of $25 will be applied to the final bill. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Galactic Hosting during the first 30 days of service, you may request, in writing or, via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling your service (as we request for any cancellation, no matter the time frame). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel. New Accounts All new web hosting accounts purchased on our order page are set up within 2 hours by our account administrators. Service Location & Requirements Location of the service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by the makeup artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for the services to be performed properly. A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary. Please let Xxxxx Xxxx know if a chair cannot be provided. Xxxxx Xxxx Makeup Artist will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. Remember to where a button down shirt so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed. Travel fee Xxxxx Xxxx is a mobile makeup artist so she comes to your location for the service. There is no travel fee for locations within Orange NSW. An additional travel fee is required for other locations of service. These fees will be determined at the time of inquiry. All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation and parking Liability All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Xxxxx Xxxx Makeup Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Cancellation Policy Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation within 8 weeks of wedding date is subject to lose of deposit and 50% of remaining payment MUST be paid. For other bookings, cancellations within 48 hours of appointment, 100% of remaining payment MUST be paid.
