Common use of Satisfaction of Allottees Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Allottees. The Allottees are acquainted with, fully aware of and are thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, right and entitlement of the Promoter, the sanctioned plans, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Promoter to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described in this Agreement and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Allottees and the negative covenants mentioned in this Agreement and the Allottees hereby accept the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
