Satisfaction of Tests. After giving effect to the transfer and assignment of the Additional Receivables by the Depositor to the Issuer, (A) the Credit Enhancement Test is satisfied and (B) the Receivables, in the aggregate, owned by the Issuer, excluding any Temporarily Excluded Receivables, satisfy each of the Pool Composition Tests under Section 3.5(b); and
