Satisfactory Instruments. All instruments and documents required on the part of Purchaser (or, if applicable, Subsidiary Transferee) to effectuate and consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall be delivered to Seller and shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Seller.
