Satisfactory Title. The successor Administrative Agent shall have received title opinions and other title information and data as the successor Administrative Agent may reasonably request satisfactory to the successor Administrative Agent setting forth the status of title to at least 80% of the total value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in the Reserve Report delivered to Union Bank in connection with this Amendment.
