The SCE/SMS AIN Access clause defines the terms under which parties are granted access to the Service Creation Environment (SCE) or Service Management System (SMS) Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) platforms. SCE/SMS AIN Access. 7.7.1 BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access shall provide CCI the capability to create service applications in a BellSouth SCE and deploy those applications in a BellSouth SMS to a BellSouth SCP. 7.7.2 BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access shall provide access to SCE hardware, software, testing and technical support (e.g., help desk, system administrator) resources available to CCI. Training, documentation, and technical support will address use of SCE and SMS access and administrative functions but will not include support for the creation of a specific service application. 7.7.3 BellSouth SCP shall partition and protect CCI service logic and data from unauthorized access. 7.7.4 When CCI selects SCE/SMS AIN Access, BellSouth shall provide training, documentation, and technical support to enable CCI to use BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access to create and administer applications. 7.7.5 CCI access will be provided via remote data connection (e.g., dial-in, ISDN). 7.7.6 BellSouth shall allow CCI to download data forms and/or tables to BellSouth SCP via BellSouth SMS without intervention from BellSouth.
SCE/SMS AIN Access. 7.7.1 BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access shall provide CBX One-Stop the capability to create service applications in a BellSouth SCE and deploy those applications in a BellSouth SMS to a BellSouth SCP. 7.7.2 BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access shall provide access to SCE hardware, software, testing and technical support (e.g., help desk, system administrator) resources available to CBX One-Stop. Training, documentation, and technical support will address use of SCE and SMS access and administrative functions but will not include support for the creation of a specific service application. 7.7.3 BellSouth SCP shall partition and protect CBX One-Stop service logic and data from unauthorized access. 7.7.4 When CBX One-Stop selects SCE/SMS AIN Access, BellSouth shall provide training, documentation, and technical support to enable CBX One-Stop to use BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access to create and administer applications. 7.7.5 CBX One-Stop access will be provided via remote data connection (e.g., dial-in, ISDN). 7.7.6 BellSouth shall allow CBX One-Stop to download data forms and/or tables to BellSouth SCP via BellSouth SMS without intervention from BellSouth.

Training, documentation, and technical support will address use of SCE and SMS access and administrative functions but will not include support for the creation of a specific service application. 16.7.6.3 BellSouth SCP shall partition and protect Nexus service logic and data from unauthorized access. 16.7.6.4 When Nexus selects SCE/SMS AIN Access, BellSouth shall provide training, documentation, and technical support to enable Nexus to use BellSouth’s SCE/SMS AIN Access to create and administer applications. 16.7.6.5 Nexus access will be provided via remote data connection (e.g., dial-in, ISDN). 16.7.6.6 BellSouth shall allow Nexus to download data forms and/or tables to BellSouth SCP via BellSouth SMS without intervention from BellSouth.
