Schedule Construction Guidelines. 4.2.1. The schedule will be constructed subject to the requirements and efficiency of operations to ensure that efficient operations of the Company are met. This will take into account availability of the Flight Attendants, their seniority and schedule preferences, while adhering to the scheduling provisions of this Agreement and ensuring the efficient operations of the Company.
