Common use of Schedule of Performance Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Performance. Each submittal shall include a report regarding compliance with the Schedule of Performance and a proposed Schedule of Performance that includes the dates by which Developer shall Complete all of the Infrastructure for the Lots in the Sub-Phase and the Completion of all Improvements for the parks and open space. Any proposed change to the Schedule of Performance shall include a description of and explanation for the proposed change.
