Schedule of Use. The District Superintendent or designee and the City Manager or designee, shall meet to jointly establish, modify, and approve a master calendar for the Parties’ use of the Recreational Areas (“Master Calendar”). These meetings shall occur on or about January, June, and August of each year of the Term of this Agreement. The Master Calendar shall establish each Party’s use of the Recreational Areas.
Schedule of Use. PERIODS Scheduling shall be solely within the province of UA. Permittee shall, upon request, submit written schedules of dates and times for its use of the facility/premises during periods covered by the request. Upon approval of any schedule, UA will make a good faith effort to reserve the facility/premises for the date and time requested. The parties acknowledge that there are numerous users of the facilities/premises whose time and needs UA must attempt to coordinate. UA does not guarantee availability of the facility/premises. UA shall not, in any event, be liable for unavailability of the facility/premises.
Schedule of Use. Subject to the exclusive and primary use rights of thel YMCA, the City's use of the YMCA, as described in Paragraph 1, above, shal be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Schedule of Use. The use of the FACILITY and the instruments shall be limited to the following period (start and end dates): A web based scheduling of the instruments will be available. The USER must schedule times prior to using the FACILITY. The Director of the Center for Materials and Sensor Characterization (“Director”) reserves the rights to restrict any USER’s access time. The Director reserves the right to cancel any USER time if the University needs to perform routine or emergency maintenance. The USER's can reschedule at the earliest possible time available. The necessary timeframe needed to install peripheral equipment (such as optional sample stages) will need to be scheduled as well at the extra time needed to reach operational vacuum. The USER will be charged the standard USER fees during this time.
Schedule of Use. Lessee shall submit to Lessor annually before January 1 for Baseball and Softball and March 1 for Soccer schedules of all purposed uses for the upcoming seasons, which schedules shall be subject to Lessor's approval.
Schedule of Use. It is agreed and understood that the facility is primarily for use by the Minnesota National Guard and that military activities must take precedence over any use by the City. The City and the MSABC shall cooperate to avoid any conflicts between uses. City personnel shall request and schedule all usage with the Stillwater armory staff. It is understood that the schedule may change from time to time, and the MSABC shall give reasonable notice to the City in such cases. If, for any reason, the schedule requires changing by the City, the City shall give reasonable notice to the MSABC. The City of Stillwater Fire Department shall have use of one classroom for 24 hours per quarter. Usage may be split among multiple days, and multiple classrooms. The Fire Department Any additional usage, rental, or lease of armory space by the City for city run and sponsored events, meetings, or training will be subject to the following rate schedule. Payment for additional usage will be made per occurrence to the Stillwater Armory Fund. Classroom: $ 3.00 $ 24.00 Drill Floor: $ 14.00 $ 112.00 Front Kitchen: $ 1.00 $ 8.00 The City shall have personnel on the premises at all times during City use or City generated lease of the building and shall be responsible for securing the building when personnel are not present.
Schedule of Use. The schedule for all performances and rehearsal times at the Theater must be approved by the District’s Chief Business Official or designee prior to any use by User. Any change in the material to be performed or the number of performances shall be subject to the prior written consent of the District’s Chief Business Official or designee.
