Scheduling of Orientation. The District shall provide written notice of the date, time and location of all bargaining unit member orientations/onboarding meetings, by certified or electronic mail, to the Association president no later than ten (10) calendar days in advance of the annual orientation meeting(s) or five (5) days in advance of other orientation/onboarding meetings that may occur throughout that year. In the event the District is unable to comply with the stated advance notice, the District shall, at the request of the Association, reschedule the orientation/onboarding meeting and provide the advance notice. If, however, the District provides proof that there was an urgent need critical to the employer’s operations that was not reasonably foreseeable, the Association shall be provided as much notice as possible.

Scheduling of Orientation. 12.2.1.1 The Tulare County Office of Education shall provide written notice of the date, time, and location of all bargaining unit member orientation/on-board meetings by certified or email to the Chapter President at least ten (10) work days in advance of the annual orientation meeting(s) or ten (10) work days in advance of other orientation/on-boarding meetings that may occur throughout the year.
12.2.1.2 In the event that the Tulare County Office of Education is unable to comply with the above article
12.2.1.1 the County Office shall, at the request of the Association, reschedule the orientation/on- boarding meeting and provide advance notice to the Association.
12.2.1.3 If, however, Tulare County Office of Education provides proof that there was an urgent need critical to the employer’s orientation that was not reasonably foreseeable, the Association shall be provided as much notice as possible.

The District shall schedule and provide written notice to the Association of the date, time and location of all bargaining unit member orientations/onboarding meetings, by certified or electronic mail, to the Association president and vice president no later than twenty-one (21) calendar days in advance of the annual orientation meeting(s) or ten (10) days in advance of other orientation/onboarding meetings that may occur throughout that year. Notice of all bargaining unit member orientations may be provided in the form of the approved District calendar. If the District is unable to comply with the stated advance notice, the District shall, at the request of the Association, reschedule the orientation/onboarding meeting and provide the advance notice. If, however, the District provides proof that there was an urgent need critical to the employer’s operations that was not reasonably foreseeable, the Association shall be provided as much notice as possible.

The District shall provide written notice of the date, time, and location of all new employee orientations by certified or electronic mail, to the Association President and Vice- President no less than ten (10) calendar days in advance of the orientation. Both the District and the Association recognize that emergency hires may occur in which case, by mutual agreement, the timeline may be adjusted.
Scheduling of Orientation. The district shall provide at least 10 days written notice of the date, time, and location to the Association of the scheduled group orientation for new unit members and, during this orientation, permit the Association a minimum of 45 minutes to address the new unit members. This information will be provided by certified or electronic mail, to the Association president and vice president. The district shall provide shall provide 10 calendar days’ notice to the Association of any mid-year orientation for new unit members and, during this orientation, provide the unit member the Association benefits packet and contact information. The Association is entitled to invite vendors and CTA staff to the Association portion of new bargaining unit member orientations/onboarding meetings and will have access to District audio visual equipment for Association presentations.
Scheduling of Orientation. 1. The District shall provide the Association access to its scheduled new employee orientations. The Association President shall receive not less than ten (10) days' notice in advance of an orientation.

Scheduling of Orientation. For employees hired prior to the start of a school year, the District shall schedule any new bargaining unit member orientations for all newly hired bargaining unit members to take place during the new bargaining unit member’s contract year and/or day. As specified under 8.5.2.3, one of the pre-service days shall include new bargaining unit member orientations. During the pre-service day, the Association shall be provided sixty (60) minutes of new member orientations which shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. The Association shall also have the opportunity to utilize the duty free lunch to meet with new bargaining unit members.
