Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Customer Data is processed by AWS. In this context, AWS will act as “processor” to Customer who may act either as “controller” or “processor” with respect to Customer Data (as each term is defined in the GDPR).

Scope and Roles. This Agreement applies when Customer Data is processed by Automile on behalf of Customer. In this context, Customer may act as “controller” or “processor” and Automile may act as “processor” or “sub-processor” with respect to Customer Data (as each term is defined in the GDPR).
Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Personal Data is Processed by Cloudinary as part of Cloudinary’s provision of the Service. In this context, for the purposes of the GDPR, Customer is the Data Controller and Cloudinary is the Data Processor and for the purposes of the CCPA, Customer is a Business and Cloudinary is the Service Provider.
Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Darktrace processes Customer Data under the Agreement. In this context, Customer is the Controller and Darktrace is the Processor. Each Party agrees that it will comply with all Data Protection Laws in exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Agreement, as such laws apply to a Controller and Processor respectively.
Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Personal Data is Processed by Unique strictly on behalf of Customer, as part of Unique’s provision of the Service. In this context and for the purposes of the GDPR or any similar Data Protection Laws, Customer is the data Controller and Unique is the data Processor; and for the purposes of the CCPA, Customer is the Business and Unique is the Service Provider.
Scope and Roles. This Addendum applies when Personal Data is processed by Planon. In this context, Customer acts as “controller” and Planon acts as “processor” with respect to Personal Data (each term as defined in the GDPR).
Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Personal Information is Processed by vCita as part of vCita’s provision of the Service, as further specified in the Agreement. In this context, to the extent that provisions under the GDPR apply to Personal Information that vCita processes for Customer under the Agreement, Customer is the Data Controller or the Data Processor and vCita and vCita’s Affiliates are the Data Processors or another processors under such laws and regulations.
Scope and Roles. This DSA applies to all processing of Ad Data between the parties in connection with the Ad Service. For the Joint Processing of EEA, Swiss, and UK data subjects’ personal data described in the Joint Controller Addendum, attached below as Exhibit B, the parties are joint controllers and the terms of the Joint Controller Addendum shall additionally apply. For all other processing, each party acts as an independent controller with respect to the Ad Data which it processes.
