The Architect shall exercise due professional care to perform its Services and provide documents that comply with the restrictions and requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations of federal, state and local governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, authorities and funding sources having jurisdiction over or otherwise related to the project, utility companies, fire underwriters, and other parties disclosed by the Owner and otherwise known to the Architect or which, in the exercise of the best professional judgment of an independent architect retained by the Owner, should have been known to the Architect.
