Scope of mandatory. subcontract work As per the mandatory sub-contracting clause, the Contractor must not sub-contract more than 30% of work to Domestic Sub-contractors. The Contractor shall without delay enter into contracts with the Domestic Subcontractors as submitted on the returnable schedule and forward a copy of these agreements to the Principal Agent. The Contractor shall remain responsible for providing the subcontracted portion of the works as if the work had not been subcontracted. The Contractor to take note of item 3.2.2 below
