Scope of Services and Contract Documents. A. SCOPE OF SERVICES: CONTRACTOR shall provide to the CITY the following services: All services shall be provided in strict accordance with the requirements and or representations set forth in one or more of the following applicable documents, as checked below. The Request for Proposals issued by the CITY (Exhibit A) ✕ The CONTRACTOR’S proposal (Exhibit B) Scope of Services Statement (Exhibit C) In the event of any inconsistencies between the documents the language of the Agreement shall prevail, and the language of the other documents shall be deemed to have the following priority: Exhibit A, Exhibit C and Exhibit B.
