Scope of Services Summary. A. Activities: CONTRACTOR (The Midnight Mission) shall perform all services set forth in the program description and will be responsible for administering program funded with local funds, as described as follows, in a manner satisfactory to the COUNTY and consistent with any standards required as a condition of providing these funds.
