Common use of Scope of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Scope of Settlement. The Settlement described herein will resolve fully and finally (a) all Settlement Class Members’ Released Claims as described in Section III, Paragraph 6, (b) all Released PAGA Claims as described in Section III, Paragraph 7, and (c) the general release of all claims by Xxxxx Xxxxx as described in Section III, Paragraph 8.

Scope of Settlement. The Settlement described herein will resolve fully and finally (a) all Settlement Class Members’ Released Claims as described in Section IIIparagraph 13, Paragraph 6and all individual claims of Plaintiffs, (b) all Released PAGA Claims as described in Section III, Paragraph 7, and (c) the general release of all claims by Xxxxx Xxxxx as described in Section III, Paragraph 8paragraph 14.
