SCOPE OF TARIFF. This Tariff applies to the copying of Printed Music Publications and the making of Arrangements of music in Schools in connection with School Activities.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The D Tariff applies to the performance at premises where dancing takes place to recorded music.
6.2 The D Tariff does not apply to premises where the main consideration of admission is the purchase of a meal.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The Tariff CR1 applies performances of music at premises where the main business carried on is that of the exhibition of movies/films.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 This Tariff UC applies to all performances of music on University/College premises, however described, and other similar premises.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The G Tariff applies to the performance of music at halls generally such as church halls, community halls, school halls, co-operative halls, masonic halls and similar premises.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The MH Tariff applies to the transmission of music when played over telephone lines so as to be audible to callers before they are connected to an extension.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The Tariff T applies to the performance of music in theatres for the various purposes, as an accompaniment or incidental to ordinary stage plays.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 This Tariff RT applies to the performance of background music at motor racing, sporting and similar open air events.
SCOPE OF TARIFF. 6.1 The Tariff AA applies to the performance of background music by means of radio and television receiving sets, disc players, tape machines and similar devices in amusement arcades/parks and similar permanent fairgrounds.
