Scope of the Collaboration. The EWP Consortium and the Provider hereby agree to work together within the framework of the EWP Infrastructure. The scope of the collaboration is the integration of the Provider’s software with the EWP Infrastructure so that such software becomes an instrument that can be used for the connection to the EWP Network and inclusion in the EWP Registry by whichever entity in the higher education domain, entitled to do so, that chooses to resort to the Provider as a host. This will take the form of providing HEIs which are clients of the Provider access to the EWP Network through the software of the Provider itself, enabling data exchange that is compatible with the EWP standards and the Erasmus program requirements, and hence the benefits of the services implemented via such network. This integration shall be performed under the terms and conditions stipulated herein; and as specified in the Developers Hub.
Scope of the Collaboration. 3.1 The Parties have agreed to co-operate in fields related to Mesoscale modelling including the full NWP suite of observation processing, assimilation, forecasting both deterministic and probabilistic, post-processing and verification.
3.2 The collaboration aims at enabling each consortium and any of its Members or acceding Member to carry out research and development activities using a shared ALADIN - HIRLAM System, as defined in paragraph 4.1, which is jointly developed, made available and maintained.
3.3 The collaboration focuses on the development of ALADIN - HIRLAM Common Codes, centrally maintained in compliance with ECMWF IFS rules and standards, suitable for operational use. However, the decisions regarding the operational code implementation remain within each consortium (Appendix 3).
3.4 As soon as possible, the Parties will agree a general strategy for their scientific and technical collaboration during the time of this Agreement. This will guide the preparation of the annual work plans.
Scope of the Collaboration. The Chapter and the Collaborating Organization agree to engage together in the following:
Scope of the Collaboration. The Parties hereby undertake to jointly carry out the Program in accordance with the Work Plan attached as Exhibit A hereto with the purpose of developing Licensed Products for use and sale within the Licensed Field. Such program shall include all research required for the development of such Products towards submission of an IND up to and including the Proof of Concept studies in animals, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 herein (the “Joint Research Stage”);
2.2 In the second stage of the Collaboration, following the Joint Research Stage, each Party or its sublicensee shall independently undertake, at its own expense, such further pre-clinical and clinical drug development activities as are necessary to obtain Regulatory Approvals for the commercialization of Products in such Party’s therapeutic area of interest (the “Development Stage”). During the Development Stage of Collaboration the Parties shall determine which, if any, Formal Preclinical Development or Clinical Development studies are suitable to both Parties’ therapeutic category of interest and benefit both their Formal Preclinical Development or Clinical Development and shall cooperate with each other in the performance of such studies, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3 herein (the “Joint Development Program” ).
Scope of the Collaboration. The general purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate academic and research cooperation OPTIONAL: in [insert field/area(s) of research] between the parties hereunder based upon the principles of mutual benefit and may include the following general cooperation areas:
1.1 Joint educational and research activities.
1.2 Exchange of visiting scholars for the purpose of conducting research. The individual visitors will be responsible for the cost of their accommodations and for their own travel costs. If visiting scholars register in academic course(s) they will be required to pay the normal tuition fees to the host institution.
1.3 Discussion for the exchange of undergraduate and graduate students for collaborative or independent research based on the policies of both institutions.

1.5 Extension of invitations for attending scholarly and technical meetings as well as national and international conferences.
Scope of the Collaboration. The EWP consortium and the Provider hereby agree to work together within the framework of the EWP Network. This will take the form of a connection of the EWP Network (as exemplified by the EWP registry) with the internationalisation software of the Provider. The scope of the collaboration is the integration of the Provider’s software with the EWP Registry Service and the APIs provided by the EWP consortium so that the Provider’s software becomes a node that can be used for the exchange of data in the higher education domain. Through this integration, the Provider’s offers its clients (existing HEIs or other users of its software) access to the Network and hence the benefits of the services implemented via the EWP network. The provider will have to be able to prove that it can officially act as a provider for the HEIs it claims to represent.
Scope of the Collaboration. The parties hereby agree to establish and conduct, during the Research Term, a collaborative research program in accordance with the Research Plan and the terms of this Agreement. The initial Research Plan for conducting such research program is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Pursuant to the Collaboration, the parties will collaborate in (a) identifying receptor-selective adrenergic and prostanoid lead compounds, (b) identifying receptor-selective lead compounds with respect to other receptor targets, (c) facilitating the development of gene to screen discovery capabilities by developing receptor arrays and probes specific for G-protein coupled and other receptors, (d) identifying candidate receptors and markers for […***…], (e) establishing ACADIA drug discovery programs which leverage certain results of the Collaboration for the benefit of both parties and directed at ACADIA Designated Uses, and (f) conducting such other activities as are unanimously approved by the RMC.
