Common use of Scope of the Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Cooperation. The areas o f cooperation include, the subject to mutual consent, programs offered at either institution that both sides contribute to the fostering and development o f the cooperative relationships between the two universities. The assistance to be provided by each o f the contracting parties will be teaching, research, exchange o f faculty and students, and staff development, etc., as deemed beneficial by the two institutions.
