Scope of Work Changes. There is a new building at this location which will receive services, in addition to the main building. The new building (3,500 square feet) will receive machine floor care once a month. Overall, cleanable space increased from 7,700 sq ft to 11,200 sq ft.
Scope of Work Changes. A. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 38077 (b)(2), changes and revisions to the Scope of Work contained in the agreement, utilizing the "allowable cost payment system", may be proposed by the Contractor in writing. All requested changes and revisions are subject to the approval of the State. Failure to notify the State of proposed revisions to the Scope of Work may result in an audit finding.
B. The State will respond, in writing, as to the approval or disapproval of all such requests for changes or revisions to the Scope of Work within 30 calendar days of the date the request is received in the program. Should the State fail to respond to the Contractor's request within 30 calendar days of receipt, the Contractor's request shall be deemed approved.
C. The State may also request changes and revisions to the Scope of Work. The State will make a good-faith effort to provide the Contractor 30 calendar days advance written notice of said changes or revisions.
D. No changes to the Scope of Work agreed to pursuant to this provision shall take effect until the cooperative agreements are amended and the amendment is approved as required by law and this agreement
Scope of Work Changes. The scope of the Project, including tasks to be performed, Project objectives to be achieved, Project schedule and milestones, Project Deliverables to be produced, Acceptance criteria for all Deliverables and Support, is defined in the Statement of Work . The Statement of Work may be changed from time to time in accordance with the procedures set forth therein, and all such changes will be documented by written change orders. In evaluating and approving changes to the Statement of Work (including changes to any Work Package or Specification), the parties acknowledge and will take into account the attendant risks and uncertainties inherent in any technology transfer project as regards, among other things, Project schedule and budget. Scope of Work Changes. The scope of work shall be subject to changes by additions, deletions or revisions thereto by Owner. Contractor will be advised of any such changes by written change orders or other written notification from Owner describing the change. Contractor shall promptly perform and strictly comply with each such change when released in writing by Owner to perform such change. If Contractor believes that its performance of any change would justify modification of the Agreement price or time for performance of the Work, Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner and a mutually agreed to equitable modification of the Agreement price and/or time to perform the Work will be made to reflect additional costs and/or time to perform the Work as changed.
Scope of Work Changes. Should circumstances require and the Parties agree, in their
(a) a change to the Scope of Work that does not affect the total amount to be paid or reimbursed to Subrecipient under this Agreement shall be accomplished by a written “Scope of Work Adjustment” form provided by City that is signed by the authorized representatives of both City and Subrecipient; or (b) a change to the Scope of Work that increases the total amount to be paid or reimbursed to Subrecipient under this Agreement shall be made by a written amendment to this Agreement in accordance with Section 31.4.
Scope of Work Changes. Should circumstances require and the Parties agree, in their respective sole and absolute discretion, that the scope of the Improvements should be changed or amended, such change or amendment shall be accomplished only as follows:
(a) a change to the scope of the Improvements that does not affect the total amount to be paid or reimbursed to Subrecipient under this Agreement shall be accomplished by a written “Scope of Work Adjustment” form provided by City that is signed by the authorized representatives of both City and Subrecipient; or (b) a change to the scope of the Improvements that increases the total amount to be paid or reimbursed to Subrecipient under this Agreement shall be made by a written amendment to this Agreement in accordance with Section 28.19.
Scope of Work Changes. Any proposed VC scope of work changes shall require approval by all Member Agencies and comply with all state and federal contracting laws. The proposed changes shall be presented to the Members at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the existing VC. The Member Agencies shall have 30 days to review the proposed changes.

2. CDSS may also request changes and revisions to the SOW. CDSS shall make a good- faith effort to provide the Contractor 30 calendar days advance written notice of said changes or revisions.
3. Proposed revisions to the SOW under this section that would change the term, amount or substantive provisions of this Agreement require execution of an amendment (see Exhibit C.2.) before the revision is effective.
