Common use of SEA or RA applies Clause in Contracts

SEA or RA applies. Notwithstanding 6.1: (a) if before the Effective Date Shuswap Band enters into a SEA, or RA that includes a consultation process that addresses forest and range management and decision making, the consultation process set out in the SEA or RA will continue after the Effective Date; (b) if on or after the Effective Date Shuswap Band enters into a SEA, or RA that includes a consultation process that addresses forest and range management and decision making, the consultation process set out in the SEA or RA will supersede and replace the consultation process set out in this Agreement for the term of the SEA or RA; and (c) if the SEA or RA referred to in (a) or (b) comes to the end of its term or is terminated prior to the end of the Term, the consultation process set out in Appendix B will apply for the remainder of the Term.
