Seasonal Contract Sample Clauses

Seasonal Contract. At the start of the engagement - where employment is anticipated for 26 weeks or more, the baggage allowance shall be 500 pounds for each Actor, plus 250 pounds for each dependent (maximum combined total not to exceed 1500 pounds). At the end of the engagement - not more than an additional 100 pounds over the weight at the start of the engagement not to exceed a combined total of 500 pounds plus 250 pounds for each dependent (maximum combined total not to exceed 1500 pounds).
Seasonal Contract. (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Boch may engage full time employees and part time employees on a Seasonal Contract. (b) Prior to entering a Seasonal Contract, the employee will be advised in writing of the exact date of commencement and completion of the Seasonal Contract and their Terms of Engagement (as outlined in clause 2.1). (c) If an existing employee is contracted to work on a Seasonal Contract they will revert to their original position and roster, unless their roster is altered pursuant to the Rostering Principles, at the conclusion of the Seasonal Contract. (d) It is important for all parties to be aware that a Seasonal Contract must not run beyond its completion date. If this seems a possibility a further Seasonal Contract needs to be agreed in writing and countersigned by the employee concerned prior to the completion of the Seasonal Contract in operation.

(c) Prior to the commencement of a Seasonal Contract, the employee must be advised of their terms of appointment (as outlined in clause 2.1). (d) An employee can, if agreed between the parties, be engaged on consecutive Seasonal Contracts.
