Common use of Second Job Clause in Contracts

Second Job. No graduate student employee shall be denied the right to work at a job not covered by this Agreement, as long as such employment does not interfere with the graduate student employee's fulfillment of all terms and conditions of his or her graduate student employment. No graduate student employee shall be denied the right to work at an additional job within the bargaining unit, but outside the graduate student employee’s academic department, as long as such employment does not interfere with the graduate student employee’s fulfillment of all terms and conditions of his or her graduate student employment.
