Temporary Class Certificate of Registration Rate An employee holding a Temporary Class Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current General Class Certificate of Registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of sitting the certification examination or the date of last hire, whichever is later.

SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.
Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
PayPal balance The operational part of your account contains your PayPal balance, which is the balance of money available for payments or withdrawals. When you use our payment service to pay another user, you instruct us to transfer the money from your PayPal balance to the recipient’s account. You need to have enough PayPal balance in cleared funds to cover the amount of any payment you make and the transaction fees you owe us at the time of the payment. Other requirements also apply – see the section Making a Payment below. If you have insufficient PayPal balance or have chosen a preferred funding source you are also requesting us to obtain funds on your behalf from your applicable funding source and issue electronic money to your PayPal balance for your payment to be made. When you withdraw your money you need to have enough PayPal balance to cover the value of any withdrawal at the time of the withdrawal. See Adding or Withdrawing Money to know how to get a PayPal balance and how to withdraw it. If your PayPal balance shows a negative amount, this is the net amount you owe to us at the given time. Reserve account Money marked in your account overview as “pending”, “uncleared”, “held” or otherwise restricted or limited at any given time is held in the part of your account which acts as a reserve account. You cannot access and use money stored in the reserve account.
Available Balance Each time you use your Card, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your Card by the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees, taxes or other charges assessed by the merchant. Transactions that exceed the remaining balance on your Card are prohibited and should be declined at the point of sale. If, notwithstanding an insufficient balance, an authorization is received by the merchant or the merchant uses other means to proceed with the transaction, then you agree to reimburse us for any amount in excess of the Card balance for such a transaction. Refunds for Purchases Made with the Card. Any refund for goods or services purchased with the Card will be made in the form of a credit to the Card and pursuant to the refund policy of the merchants where such goods or services were purchased. If you receive a credit, the credit may not be added to the available funds on the Card for seven (7) business days. You are not entitled to receive a cash refund. Disputes with Merchants. We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of goods and services that you purchase from others with your Card. All such disputes should be addressed to the merchants from whom the goods and services were purchased.
Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:
Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).
