Secondary School Secretaries. The vacation time for secondary school secretaries who work the calendar year shall be taken during school holiday periods, but not the week before school opening. However, on limited occasions, vacation time may be taken at other times with the approval of the appropriate site supervisor. Such approval is subject to the needs of the site being met as determined by the site supervisor.
Secondary School Secretaries. (a) The normal work day for Secondary School Secretaries shall be seven (7) hours per day, exclusive of a meal period, Monday through Friday, for a total of thirty-five (35) hours per week. The work day shall normally start one half (1/2) hour before the commencement of the school day unless otherwise mutually agreed to between the immediate supervisor and the employee.
