(1) the terms used herein that are defined in this Article have the meanings assigned to them in this Article, and include the plural as well as the singular;

Section 101 Definitions. Section 101 Definitions. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto under the Base Indenture. The words "herein," "hereof" and "hereby" and other words of similar import used in this Second Supplemental Indenture refer to this Second Supplemental Indenture as a whole and not to any particular section hereof. Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Section 101 shall for all purposes of this Second Supplemental Indenture have the meanings hereinafter set forth, the following definitions to be equally applicable to both the singular and the plural forms of any of the terms herein defined:
