Section 1601. The School District agrees to develop job descriptions and job responsibilities for 27 classified employees covered by this Agreement. In addition, when any new job is created or when 28 an existing job description is modified, the District shall notify the Union to discuss and negotiate the 29 pay scale and job title, if appropriate.
