Common use of Section 5.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.1. 23 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 24 District and the Union are hours, wages, grievance procedures and general working conditions of 25 employees in the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.

Section 5.1. 23 20 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 24 21 District and the Union Association are hours, wages, grievance procedures and general working conditions of 25 22 employees in the bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.
